Safety Disclaimer: Some of our products contain small pieces, and should not be left unsupervised with small children, as they could become a choking hazard.
Color Disclaimer: We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in viewing methods (phone screens, computer monitors, browser display settings, night mode, etc.), digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an exact match to the color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only, and should not be regarded as an exact match due to these variants.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on MOST items in our shop. Please read the full policy below for exclusions and other details.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances; however, if they arrive damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make it right!

Returns: If an item qualifies for a return or refund:
Contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order
Ship item back within 7 days of receipt of your order (buyer is responsible for return shipping)
Refund or replacement will be issued upon receipt of your return.
Cancellations: If you hit the "Buy Now" button a little too quickly, that's okay! Just contact us within 2 hours of your purchase, and we should be able to cancel your order.

Processing Time: our order processing varies by the type and quantity of products in your order, but for most products, the average time it takes for us to create and package your order is 2-3 business days.
Shipping Time: We ship primarily with USPS Priority Mail, so shipping times usually fall in the range of 2-3 business days. We do our best to meet the shipping estimates; however, we cannot guarantee them. Once we deliver your order to the shipper, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages, nor are we responsible for delivery errors made by the carrier service, incorrect shipping information, or delays due to holidays, weather, or the pandemic. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier.
